2. Data and purposes

We process information you submit voluntarily, including name, contact details, requested service, message, building data and project photographs. It is used to respond, quote, design, perform contracts, install, maintain, invoice and support customers.

3. Form, email, telephone and WhatsApp

Form data is sent to PHT by email. WhatsApp use is also subject to the provider’s terms. Use email or telephone if you prefer not to use WhatsApp.

4. Technical data

The hosting provider may process IP address, date and time, browser, operating system, URL and server logs. This site does not embed advertising or analytics trackers. The chosen language may be stored locally in the browser.

5. Recipients and retention

Where required for a project, data may be shared with manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, grid operators, authorities and IT/hosting providers. It is retained only as long as required for the stated purpose, legal obligations or legitimate business needs.

6. Your rights

Under applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction by writing to info@pht-energie.ch. Updated: 12 July 2026.

• Quotations are normally valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Third-party, authority, grid, scaffolding and building work not expressly included may be charged separately.
• Yield, incentive, saving and payback figures are forecasts, not guarantees.
• Customers provide the required information, access, approvals and safe working conditions.
• Dates may change because of force majeure, supply constraints, authorities, grid operators or missing cooperation.
• Defects must be reported in writing; rectification is the first remedy.
• Liability limitations described in the terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
• Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdictions.
