1. Controller and scope

PHT Energietechnik GmbH, Churerstrasse 158, 8808 Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland, is responsible for processing personal data on this website. Privacy contact: info@pht-energie.ch. This notice applies to pht-energie.ch and contacts initiated through it.

2. Data processed and purposes

We process the identity, contact, building, energy, project and communication data you provide, including photographs sent voluntarily. Purposes include responding, assessing projects, advising, quoting, designing, performing contracts, installing, maintaining, invoicing, supporting customers, security and legal compliance. Processing is based on pre-contractual or contractual necessity, overriding private interests, legal obligations or - where expressly requested - consent.

3. Contact form, email and telephone

The contact form sends your details to PHT by email; the message is not additionally stored in a website database. Required fields are name, email, message and confirmation that you have acknowledged this notice. Without them we cannot process the enquiry reliably.

4. Hosting, log data and abuse prevention

The website and email service are provided through Hostinger International Limited, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. A visit processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser, operating system and status code. PHT provides for deletion or anonymisation of server logs within 30 days unless a security incident or legal duty requires longer retention. To limit abusive form submissions, the IP address is hashed and used for a 15-minute review window; expired entries are removed on the next form request.

5. Google Ads and consent

Google Ads and conversion measurement are loaded only after you consent through the privacy panel. This may send IP address, device and browser data, referrer, pages visited and contact actions to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and affiliated companies such as Google LLC in the United States. Google may use cookies or similar storage. The purpose is to measure advertising effectiveness; personalised advertising is permitted only with consent. Without consent no connection to the Google tag is made and no conversion is sent.

6. Local storage and changing your choice

Your Google Ads choice is stored for no more than 180 days in your browser’s local storage under pht_ads_consent_v1. It is needed to apply your decision technically and is not transmitted to PHT. You can change it at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. After withdrawal and reload, Google Ads is no longer embedded; processing already completed remains unaffected.

7. WhatsApp

WhatsApp is included only as an external link. You leave our website only when you click it. WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta group companies then process information such as your telephone number, communications, device data and message content; processing may occur outside Switzerland. Email and telephone are equivalent contact alternatives without WhatsApp.

8. Recipients, processors and international transfers

Access is limited to staff and service providers who need it for the stated purpose. For quotations and projects, data may be disclosed to manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, grid operators, authorities, financing or leasing partners and IT, hosting and email providers. Processing takes place mainly in Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred to a country without a recognised adequate level of protection, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required or rely on a statutory exception.

9. Retention

Non-binding enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after contact ends. Contract, project, warranty, accounting and tax records are normally retained for 10 years in line with legal duties. Project photographs are used only for documentation and agreed purposes; publication for advertising requires a separate release. Longer retention is possible where claims exist, proceedings are pending or a legal duty applies. Google and WhatsApp additionally determine retention in their systems under their linked policies and account settings.

10. Your rights and security

Under applicable law you may request access, delivery or portability, correction and deletion, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to info@pht-energie.ch. Proof of identity may be required. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security for Internet transmissions. Swiss data protection law applies; additional rules may apply to targeted offerings in the EEA. Updated: 15 August 2026.

• Quotations are normally valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Third-party, authority, grid, scaffolding and building work not expressly included may be charged separately.
• Yield, incentive, saving and payback figures are forecasts, not guarantees.
• Customers provide the required information, access, approvals and safe working conditions.
• Dates may change because of force majeure, supply constraints, authorities, grid operators or missing cooperation.
• Consumer prices include VAT; net prices may be agreed for business customers.
• For construction defects, the mandatory notice period is at least 60 days and the statutory right to rectification remains available.
• Mandatory liability remains unaffected, particularly for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and product liability.
• Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdictions.
